Ruth B. McDowell is pleased to offer for 2009 Three 5-day Designing From Nature Workshops in beautiful western Massachusetts, near her home in the hills.
Each workshop will be held in Historic Deerfield is a beautiful tree-lined colonial village of antique homes and museums; the perfect setting for Ruth's classes!

This village with its museums and galleries is located in The Old Deerfield National Historic Landmark. The workshop will be held in The White Church, a lovely space in the heart of the village. Check out the web site
www.historic-deerfield.org for views and descriptions of the many aspects of Historic Deerfield for you to enjoy in your leisure time. A 5-day pass to all of Historic Deerfield's museums, galleries, and historic homes is included with your registration.
Each day's class will include 6 hours of instruction 9 - 12 Noon and 1 - 4 PM. The church will be open in the evenings for students to work on their own.
Historic Deerfield [map] is 2 hours west of Boston, 5 hours south of Montreal and 3 hours north of New York City. Bradley International Airport (Hartford CT) is about a 35 minute drive south of the village.
